1. Services
The Appalachian High Country Wine Trail provides winery shuttle transportation services, private wine tours, and related tourism services in the NC High Country region. All transportation is operated by Ashe County Livery, LLC.
2. Booking & Reservations
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Submitting a booking form is a request, not a guaranteed reservation, until confirmed by us.
- We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled tour receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.
- Weather-related cancellations by us will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- All passengers must be 21 years of age or older for wine tours.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the tour without refund.
- Tasting fees at wineries are not included in shuttle pricing and are the passenger's responsibility.
5. Safety & Liability
- Ashe County Livery, LLC maintains all required commercial transportation licenses and insurance.
- We are not responsible for personal items left on vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
- We are not responsible for the quality of service, products, or experiences at individual wineries.
- Participation in our tours is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of travel and alcohol consumption.
6. Website Use
- Content on this website is for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, winery hours, prices, and availability may change without notice.
- You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission.
- Links to third-party websites (including winery sites) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
